_Deutsch _Biography                                                                                                                          Jürgen Schütt           Vita: 1965: Born in Monschau, Germany 1975 - 1981: Art classes with Paul Siebertz (sen.) during secondary school attendance. 1980: Prize in a painting contest organised by LBS bank 1987: Attendance of class "Freies Malen und Zeichnen" (Free painting and drawing) Adult Education Centre Aachen 1991: A-level (Abitur) at Abendgymnasium Aachen, start of study in Physics, Mathematics and Architecture 1992: First works in acrylic 1997: Diploma in physics and biomedical engineering. 1999: Productive session class ("Mappenkurs") at "bleiberger fabrik" with Katrin Lubisch. These works are shown on a collective exhibition at the "Friedrich Spee Haus", Aachen. 2002: Classes nude drawing ("Aktzeichnen") and light and shadow in painting ("Licht und Schatten in der Malerei") at "bleiberger fabrik" given by Prof. Dr. Zoworka. 2005: First exhibition as a painter in Aachen/Victoria Haus. 2006: Class "free painting studio" ("Atelier Freie Malerei" with Prof. Dr. Zoworka) 2008: Exhibition at Sparda-Bank West, Aachen, March to May 2008. 2008: Abstract works for the Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics GmbH (see side tracks). 2009: Exhibition at Büchel-Palais (Aixcellent Aachen) May to July 2009. 2010: Class at the Ludwigforum, Aachen: "Naturstudien und Landschaftsmalerei" (Studies of nature and landscape painting). 2010: Regular workshop at studio "Sigrid von Lintig", Aachen 2011: April - June: Presentation of 5 selected works at "Manns Bistro", Düsseldorf Primarily you can have a look at Jürgens paintings via Internet.
